How To - Embed doc into webpage

I used the Jing product (free!) to copy the page from my word doc, copy the embed code, and paste into the webpage directly.

For example, to paste into my wiki, I add a Widget, Embed HTML and paste from the Jing code.

An example of the code you would embed for the Review 3x3 you see in the menu at the left, after doing the above, is as follows:
